beyond the pines
We first fell in love with one another, & because Alec didn’t want to spend another weekend without me he joined my photography business, and that is how Beyond the Pines Photography + Video was created. A business that was truly built on love for the love of others.
What makes us different is the way we care for you from the very beginning, and long after the wedding day. We live for the texts and reviews after we deliver your photos and videos with a thousand exclamation points and joyful crying emojis, because the way you relive your day through our art matters to us. We are not just capturing your day, we are celebrating alongside you every step of the way. Carrying your train so your dress stays grass stain free until the ceremony, sewing the back of your dress if a button pops off, poking our own fingers with the boutonniere pins so you don’t have to, dancing to the DJ’s first set to get the guests out of their chairs and onto the dance floor.
When you are looking at photographers for your wedding, you are looking to find someone that you will vibe with, because in the end, it’s not the fact that they are taking photos of you but they are also capturing and seeing you at your most vulnerable time.
To have gained a friendship out of finding a wedding vendor, I would have said was not possible but it totally is when the people you hire are down to earth and care not only about what they do but truly and whole heartedly care about each client of theirs. Alec and Megan understood the assignment of our wedding day and captured some of the most raw emotions I thought could only be felt."

Our love for iced coffee is so strong that we will literally drive hundreds of miles to find the best coffee shop.
Crazy? Yes, but a good iced coffee is ALWAYS worth it.
