01. Hourly Rental $90 per hour, no minimums
02. Monthly Rental plan 10 hours $300 (6 month lease minimum)
03. Monthly Rental plan 15 hours $400 (6 month lease minimum)
04. Monthly Rental plan 20 hours $500 (6 month lease minimum)
05. Event Rental $600 for private partial day or full day events (baby showers, holiday parties, book club,
yoga classes, sourdough/cookie classes...) *Includes Tables & Chairs for 15
*Holiday/Specialty setup rentals will be $125 per hour

All reservations are non-refundable. Reservations can be rescheduled once up to 72 hours in advance. Any rescheduling outside of these terms will be discussed on a case by case basis. Cancellations will not be re-booked as a reschedule, and will require a new contract and payment.

Although recommended, insurance is not required for normal hourly rentals. Renters are liable for any damages or fees incurred, and we require having a card on file for liability purposes. Details and rental policies will be outlined in the contract.
The safety of our clients and their guests are top priorities. The studio is equipped with video surveillance for security and liability purposes.
